At most homes that we perform work at, there is the possibility of asbestos existing in some form within or on the building materials or finishes. This is a risk that we don’t take lightly, both for our health and yours. Before any work can be performed, the age of the home and building materials are assessed, and we take samples and have them tested prior to their removal to ensure that the environment is safe for all occupants.

 If the testing comes back positive, we will provide an estimate for the safe abatement (removal) of the affected materials. This includes containment of the area the affected building materials are present in, correct PPE for the removal, HEPA filtration, certified air testing by a third party to confirm the air is safe to breathe afterwards, and proper disposal of the affected materials.
